It's an amazing result"</p> <p><strong>How can we tell?</strong></p> <p>"The neck is a tell-tale sign she has had the works and not just the eyes, and the vector has changed, meaning that the eyes previously had a negative vector and now has a positive vector, meaning the outside corner of the eye tilts upwards"</p>
