11/07/2022 | Rebecca | Spoke to Sophia (manager) Katia no longer works at the clinic, sophia had no idea about it, however after discussing all areas of membership she seemed very impressed, wants to discuss with director as is very interesed in taking out membership as they are expanding clinics and the services are just what they are looking for, send long email with all what we discussed, awaiting response will leave live for a bit longer

Foolow up call made to Katia, managed to get her to take out trial, discussed all the tools available to her, happy to proceed, said I would call back in 3 months to let her know how well their clinic performed on their trial, adding to cmanager

Spoke to Katia offered her 3 months free trial, she seemed quite happy and said she is having a meeting with the business owners this afternoon so will mention it to them, asked me to email info over which i have just done

Spoke to someone called Nas, she said she would have to call me back as she is in a meeting, I told her that we have sent all the info about the free trial today and for her to have a look, seemed quite interesed so will follow up again next week if I don't hear back from her
