Rebecca Graham Attachments 14:17 (1 minute ago) to yvette Hi Yvette Thank you for your email requesting to cancel your membership, I can certainly assist you with this, however, before I do so, I just wanted to mention that I have had a look into your stats to see how well your profile has performed over the past 12 months and I can see for some reason you have not received a single lead via our platform!?! This is very unusual I have to say & please accept our sincere apologies for this not being picked up earlier. I will be having a look into seeing why this may be as there must have been an error somewhere along the lines as it is not the norm? Anyhow, in the meantime, providing that your clinic is still running, I would like to try and see if we can support you rather than cancel your subscription so that we can try and rectify this for you. I have changed your direct debit payments to £0 per month as I would like to offer free membership for the next 6 months & I shall see if my membership team can make some improvements for you in regards to the content, I will also give you a FREE upgrade to a highlighted listing which helps your profile stand out from the rest in the search. Hopefully by doing this we will see some improvements in regards to lead generation to your clinic. Please let me know if your clinic is no longer running as I will archive the listing completely, or if you are still running and wish to remain on our platform free of charge for 6 months to see if we can improve our service to you then we will do that. Please also remember all of our other useful tools that we have in our members area that are available to you, such as our "Art of Consultation Training Course" Teaching you how to comfortably upsell without feeling like your selling, the do's and don'ts of consultation, that sort of thing, it's completely free service that's available to our members & well worth investing your time into completing the training if you haven't already done so. The course is CPD accredited and you receive a certificate at the end of it. We also have a "Call Handling training course" available for your reception staff which is really good, and also last year we added another online training course on how to advertise on your social media platforms. (I have attached our full members guide so that you can see all of the other services we offer to our members that are available to you) I will leave your membership active so that you have access to all of these training's & I will review your membership again in 6 months time to see if there has been any improvements.
