Dr Yusra Clinic - Cancelled

29/03/2021 | Rebecca | Olivia emailed me whilst i was in hospital asking to cancel their membership and to refund any money owing to them?? this was the email i sent back.....Good Morning Olivia Sorry for the delay in getting back to you I had a complication post surgery so had to stay in hospital a little longer than I had hoped. All good now so back to work, I have just had a little look into this for you as promised. I can see that you and I spoke over the phone on the 6th Jan 2021 and I agreed to give your clinic another 2 months free membership & agreed that the payments would resume on the 6th March 2021. I am more than happy to proceed with cancelling your subscription that's not a problem as I understand that these are tough times. I have just cancelled down any further payments and will archive your clinic listing for you. Wishing you all the best, I hope your clinic picks back up once lockdown is lifted. Kind Regards

06/01/2021 | Rebecca | Dr Yusra  has requested to cancel unfortunately due to lockdown. I told her that i would leave live free of charge for 2 months and freeze their payments until 6th March which I have done. Olivia was more than happy with that.

11/06/2020 | Rebecca | Good morning Dr Yursa I hope you're well, Sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your ConsultingRoom membership, unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund at this time as you only registered in January and our refund policy is when you have been with us for 12 months, however, as a gesture of good will I would be happy to freeze your next 3 months payments to help you through these unprecedented times. I have frozen your monthly subscription, your next payment will resume on the 28th September 2020. Wishing you all the best

11/06/2020 | Rebecca | Tried calling spoke to FOH I asked her to pass my number onto Dr Yusra regarding her recent email requesting to cancel and requsting a refund, she only signed up in Jan this year so will not be eligible but we can offer her 3 months free, awaiting to hear back from her

Chased up with Olivia (PA) She said that she passed on the information and they do want to proceed with membership, Olivia said she is back in work on Friday and to call back then to set up 21/01/2020 02:26 : Notes updated by Rebecca. Spoke to FOH she said that they have recieved the mag and the Dr is interested in membership particularly the receptionist/therapist training courses, i talked her through all areas of membership. she said she would pass on the information and ask her to get back to me
