25/08/2021 | Rebecca | Spoke to John nice guy, he didn't really know to much about us so introduced our services to him and shared stats for the past 12 months, seems happy to renew but wanted me to pop him an email with our members guide first, I have emailed him over all the info along with gc link - archiving the clinic now but will reactivate if/when he sets up gc payments
