Membership Reinstatement

1) Introduction

“Hello, is that Brian? Hi, it’s Interloper! calling from Consulting Room. How are you today? I’m just getting in touch regarding your clinic’s membership — I’ve noticed payments have stopped and I wanted to check in with you.”


2) Confirm Contact Details

Check contact details and ask for the main person who you can deal with.
If they are different than the ones on record update the form.


3) Understand Why Membership Stopped

“Can I ask if there was a particular reason you decided to pause or cancel your membership?”

Cost concerns?

  • Not using benefits?
  • Change in business situation?

→ Listen carefully and note their reason.
