Hello. My daughter Hazel has had hyperhidrosis constantly affecting her hands and feet and sporadically other parts like her face, for a number of years. She is now 22 and is planning to move to Australia in mid-September. She’s been seen by a GP, who has prescribed several ineffective treatments and referred her to dermatology on the NHS, where there is currently a 1-year wait. Hazel would like to get effective treatment for her condition before she moves abroad, where it may not be so easy to get treated, so we have decided to pay privately for this. 1. Is this a condition that you have expertise in treating? 2. Would you be able to see and treat Hazel in this time frame? 3. If so, can you give me an idea of the cost.
