Dr Conlon holds a PhD in Physiology from Newcastle University — home to Europe’s largest institute for ageing research. Her career began in drug development, specialising in age-related disease, before founding Nuchido — a company on the cutting edge of anti-ageing science. At Nuchido, she leads a team developing clinically tested supplements, including Nuchido TIME+, proven to restore youthful levels of NAD+, a vital molecule for cellular energy, DNA repair, and metabolic health.
Beyond the lab, Dr Conlon is a passionate educator, known for making complex science understandable and engaging. She’s been featured in Red Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Get the Gloss, Aesthetics Journal, and appeared on ITN and GAIA. As a sought-after speaker and media commentator, she’s redefining what it means to age well in the 21st century.
“Ageing isn’t just about wrinkles or birthdays — it’s a biological process driven by changes at the cellular level. The exciting part is that science now shows that we can measure it, we can understand it, and we can do something about it. This podcast is the perfect platform to share that knowledge, blending humour with cutting-edge research to help people make sense of how they’re ageing, and most importantly, what they can do to take control of it.” Dr. Nichola Conlon
