What is a vascular occlusion?
Vascular occlusion is a rare but serious complication that requires immediate attention.
When a blood vessel is occluded, it can lead to tissue necrosis (death of tissue) and even permanent damage over a period of 72 hours.
Although the risk is relatively low, it’s crucial for both practitioners and patients to be vigilant and take necessary precautions.
