This provides a decisive advantage over some other treatments.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What Does the Skin Look Like Immediately After the Treatment?</strong></p> <p>After the procedure, the skin is red and this typically lasts 2 days. Day 3- the patient will have track marks where the needles have been inserted into the skin. These track marks may be covered with a mineral-based make-up or mineral-based tinted moisturiser. The skin condition will improve over time due to the regenerative processes.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What Are the Recommendations After Microneedle Radiofrequency Treatment?</strong></p> <p>Alcohol and physical activity should be avoided for 24 hours after the procedure or until the <a title="redness" href="/conditions/pigmentation" target="_blank" rel="noopener">redness</a> or swelling is gone. We ask our patients to refrain from makeup use for 48 hours after the treatment and to avoid touching the face. For 14 days after the treatment, large fluctuations in temperature should also be avoided as well as the use of active skin ingredients such as retinol and glycolic acid for 7 days. Postpone skin exfoliating treatments for a period of 7 days also.</p>
