<p>As well as physical removal using electrolysis, this clinic will be able to advise on appropriate skin care.</p> <p>It is important to know that older milia will be harder to remove.</p> <p>This is why during the first appointment a test of 1 or 2 milia is done.</p> <p>If there are many milia and they are very close together, then the approach will be to gradually thin out the milia.</p> <p>Some larger milia may require repeated treatments.</p>
