Exercise Sculpting by Maintaining a Calorie-Deficit Diet and Cardio Exercise
Physical results - Medium to long term Budget – Low to medium Health risks – Low to medium You can reduce your body fat by forcing your body to use the energy reserves from your body fat deposits. You will accomplish this by participating in a high-calorie-burning cardio program that will allow you to burn at least 500 calories in a session. You can accomplish this by participating in activities such as spinning bike sessions, aerobics classes or running.
Your heart rate will need to work at over 130 beats per minute in order to push the body to work harder and demand energy from the body’s energy reserves (the body fat that you have). The body should also go into ‘after burn mode’, whereby it calls on the energy deposits over the next 8 hours, thus burning the fat long after you have completed the workout.
When you combine this with a low-calorie diet of non-starch and high-glucose foods, your body should start to sculpt to a slimmer frame and you should notice a reduction in body fat, as well as a more radiant athletic look for your body.
One of the catches with the calorie-deficit diet is your body will keep telling you that you feel hungry. You will need to force your body from telling you to consume food to replenish the energy source in your body. By forcing your body not to eat, it will start to use energy reserves.
