Company summary
Launched in 1980, Nagor is now the only wholly-owned British company dedicated to the specialist design, manufacture and supply of high quality silicone breast implants and related medical devices.

Today, Nagor products are regularly distributed to surgeons and their patients in more than sixty countries worldwide, and the only major market currently outstanding is North America.

All of Nagor’s products are manufactured under a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and EN 46001 and have CE mark certification.

Gel Filled Mammary implants - Textured
The round and seamless product range of the Nagor® gel-filled textured mammary implants is available in three profiles and features the unique Nagotex® textured silicone elastomer barrier shell filled with a soft, mobile and fully cohesive silicone gel.



Gel Filled Mammary implants - Smooth
The round and seamless product range of the Nagor® gel-filled smooth mammary implants is available in two profiles and features the Nagosil® smooth silicone elastomer barrier shell filled with a soft, mobile and fully cohesive silicone gel.



CoGel® Mammary implants
The anatomically and round shaped, seamless product range of the CoGel® mammary implants is available in three profiles and features the unique Nagotex® textured silicone elastomer barrier shell filled with a firm, high cohesive silicone gel which retains the shape of each implant.CoGel® cohesive gel mammary implants are designed to offer surgeons the option of anatomical shape, with tapered and reduced upper pole and enhanced projection in the lower quadrant, suitable for breast reconstruction or augmentation.

Saline Filled Mammary implants
The round and seamless product range of the Nagor® saline-filled mammary implants is available in two profiles with two shell options and features the anteriorly positioned Nagor® diaphragm valve for inflation access.

Nagor® smooth and textured saline-filled mammary implants offer the surgeon a choice of surface design and extensive size range when the clinical selection is for a non gel-filled implant. Filled to the required minimum fill volume with sterile hypertonic saline via the integral anterior diaphragm valve, the surgeon is offered the flexibility of adjustment to the final volume sometimes required in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
