The Consulting Room™ was developed utilising our in depth knowledge of the UK marketplace to provide an unbiased information resource for consumers, without all of the marketing hype and unattainable images used by many clinics or manufacturer sites promoting aesthetic treatments. We wanted to give clean, clear information on quality products and procedures that are backed by clinical evidence, alongside a unique directory of clinics and practitioners who may deliver these treatments - taking into account current legislation with regards to who we feature within our site.
In addition, we have a password protected information resource in the "Clinic Area" of The Consulting Room™ where we host detailed industry information for clinics and practitioners.
We are NOT a Public Relations company, and we do not rely on any one company or clinic for our survival - you will see if you browse our site that we allow no product advertising, and that we have a unique understanding and overview of the UK marketplace. Our income is derived from clinics and practitioners who wish to be linked into our advanced referral directory and have access to industry information contained in our "Clinic Area". The directory is unique as we check their medical registration and ensure that their services comply with the National Care Standards Act before they are allowed onto the sponsored listing section of our site.
