The Harpenden Skin Clinic team is led by aesthetic nurse practitioner, Janne Maheson, who is an expert in aesthetic medicine and skin care. Janne has extensive experience in medically-led skin treatments and is valued by our clients for her professional, friendly, discrete and ethical manner. Ultimately, Janne has a ‘less is more’ approach which leads to stunning but natural-looking results.


You can expect continuity of care throughout your time at the Harpenden Skin Clinic. You will be invited to attend a full consultation (typically 30 minutes in duration) where Janne will ensure that all of your treatment options are explored and discussed with you in detail. At this time, Janne will take ‘before’ pictures as well as a detailed medical history and obtain your consent for the agreed procedure. Janne personally carries out all of the procedures offered at the Harpenden Skin Clinic and conducts comprehensive client follow-ups, with pictures detailing every stage of your treatment. This continuity of care creates an important relationship of trust between Janne and our clients.
