 The Consulting Room™ *, was launched in May 2003 and is owned by Aesthetic Business Services (ABS) Limited. ABS Ltd provide consultancy services to the aesthetic industry and are involved in a wide range of activities from organising and running aesthetic product training courses to arranging large aesthetic conferences, providing business advice to clinics and practitioners and designing and hosting websites.
Originally involved in the launch of Botox® in the UK in 1994, over the years we have worked in and watched, with interest, as the industry has mushroomed and developed. We have personally visited many hundreds of clinics and practitioners, developed working relationships with international experts, and contacts with suppliers and distributors.
As the industry has evolved, it has become increasingly complex and difficult to access clear information regarding treatments, legislation, and statistics.
Our experience, in-depth knowledge of aesthetic products and procedures, and industry contacts have allowed us to build The Consulting Room™; and our philosophy means that we are committed to developing the site to make it the most comprehensive aesthetic information resource in the UK. 
The Consulting Room™ is very pleased and proud to announce that we have won an award at the recent Aesthetic Medicine Awards 2008 in the category of 'Best Website for Patients'. This award, which saw us up against five other websites, was judged by a panel of well respected industry figures.
